[music-dsp] JACK for Windows?

I think that would be really awesome, unfortunately due to the closed
nature of the OS, it will unlikely come from the FOSS community. 
Maybe something could run on top of the windows audio server, but I
think that latencies would result.  But then again, I am no expert at
all in this.  I do recall a program called TotalRecorder that allowed
some rudimentary routing of audio from program to program, so maybe it
is possible.
