[music-dsp] PICs for DSP and DSP stompboxes?

You can easily do various synthesis jobs with a PIC-type
microcontroller, but they're not really up to the job of processing
input data. I'd go with a stand-alone DSP board. They're a lot like a
microcontroller, just much faster and tuned for DSP.
