[music-dsp] musicdsp.org site error.

Hi, I've been getting the following error from musicdsp.org:

"Warning: mysql_connect(): Too many connections in 
/home/musicdsp/public_html/db.inc on line 4
I cannot connect to the database because: Too many connections"

Does anybody else get this, I've noticed it on a couple of sites now so I 
was wondering if it was unique to me. Anybody else get this?
