The author might be thinking of SELF, which grew out of the work on
Smalltalk. On the other hand, Smalltalk is a completely reflective
environment, and can do pretty much any trick with classes that
prototype-based languages can do with objects; and as Lynn Stein
concluded, "Delegation IS inheritance". ;)
