[Portaudio] Capture audio stream from Microphone...

Hi, portaudio Team:

I'm trying to use portaudiocpp to capture audio stream from the microphone.

I did notice there are 3 test files related to "record" for portaudio,
but there is no test file for portaudiocpp yet.

sine.cxx seems to use MemFunCallbackStream and a callback function
"SineGenerator" .
I'm just wondering is there a demo to show the callback function using
portaudiocpp to actually capture audio signals directly from
Microphone?

Seriously urgent.
