[Portaudio] Compilation Instructions for Windows

Hi Chris,

Sorry for the delay, I've been down with the Flu and have not had a
chance to test your how-to until today. My system is WinXP 32 bit
running VSC++2008 Express Edition. I have the Microsoft DirectX SDK
(February 2010) installed but had to add the dsound.h and dconf.h to
portaudio/include and the dsound.dll to C:\Program Files\Microsoft
SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\Lib,
after that is compiled ok, linked ok, and built the dll :)

Thanks for the instructions. Now I just need to figure out the
fluidsynth with PortAudio build ;)
