[Portaudio] RME card using with V19 or svn?

Hi Ross,

I would like to report that using the combi RayDAT + AD-32 works right 
out of the box with v19, on Windows 7. No surprise to you, of course ;-)

When I am using Ubuntu, I will let you know how it goes.
