[Portaudio] DirectSound Latency

 Hi Robert,
Host frames supplied to a processor may vary (check
PaUtilHostBufferSizeMode enum for possible modes) but user always
gets fixed number of frames, no matter if
 paFramesPerBufferUnspecified was used. paFramesPerBufferUnspecified
specifies that PA implementation chooses the size of user buffer. But
user buffer does not vary with every call, varying host frames are
 compensated by a processor's logics.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
  Dmitry.
