Wooo hooo!!!!

I should have known (!!) but still Wooo Hooo!!!

I did a stupid chmod on the top level dir (usr/local/src) but when i 
put the new rtcmix snapshot in and unpacked it, i must have forgot to 
check it again.....

anyway sudo worked !
