The fifth annual Columbia Music Scholarship Conference will take place on March 7-8, 2008. The theme of this year's conference is POP! Musical Excess and Artifice [1]. For the first time, Columbia's conference will be held in conjunction with CUNY's annual Graduate Students in Music conference.
