JAZZ PIANIST/COMPOSER

Saturday, January 27, 1996 at 8 PM
Admission $5
Seniors & Students $3

As part of the Roosevelt Arts Project, multi-faceted jazz pianist and composer Laurie Altman will once again bring his lyrical and exciting musical creativity onto the Peddie stage. His past associations at Peddie, with some of Jazz's most talented and exciting musicians, promises a program rich in musical variety and creative interaction. Roosevelt, NJ located 4-1/2 miles from The Peddie School, is an unusual community made up of various artists: easel painters, woodcut artists, poets, photographers, musicians, playwrights, novelists, and composers. RAP affords the larger community an opportunity to enjoy the results. This season marks the seventh in an ongoing series of cooperative musical events between Peddie and the Roosevelt Arts Project.
