Neuroscience and the Perception of Music

A new discussion series, presented by the Presidential Scholars in Society and Neuroscience, aims to spark discussion and collaboration between Columbia University's Faculty of Arts and Sciences and the Zuckerman Institute on topics that both are fascinated by.

Associate Professor of Music Mariusz Kozak will be speaking in this first event of the discussion series, along with Michael Goldberg, David Mahoney Professor of Brain and Behavior in Neuroscience and Neurology at Columbia University; Darcy Kelley, Harold Weintraub Professor of Biological Sciences at Columbia University; and Matthew Sachs, Presidential Scholar in Society and Neuroscience at Columbia University.
