Dr. Mark Saccomano has accepted a research position on a three-year digital musicology project at the University of Paderborn in Germany.

The study—a collaboration with Beethoven-Haus Bonn and Oxford University—will examine piano transcriptions of symphonic works and how they functioned to disseminate music in the nineteenth century.
