Gabriela Kumar Sharma has published a book titled "Ruze k snidani" (Roses for Breakfast).  The book, co-authored with Petr Koudelka, tells of Gabriela's accounts on her multiple journeys to the land of India.  It is currently written in Czech and being translated into English and Hindi.
