Sara Snyder completed her Ph.D. in 2016. In 2016-17 Snyder is Visiting Assistant Professor in the Department of Anthropology and Sociology and Director of the Cherokee Language Program at Western Carolina University; she will be Assistant Professor on the tenure track from fall 2017.
