The Department of Music announces the availability of two Core Lecturer positions in Music Humanities. Applicants must have completed all requirements, including deposit, for the Ph.D. or D.M.A degree from Columbia’s Department of Music between 07/01/21 - 06/30/24.
The appointments are each for a three-year term, beginning on July 1, 2024, pending continued satisfactory performance. The Core Lecturer will teach two sections of Music Humanities each semester. Starting salary is estimated at $61,800, plus benefits.
