Anna Gordon is a PhD student in Music Theory from Nova Scotia. She is currently interested in the effect of harpsichord timbre, tuning, and design in the compositional practices and music theoretical developments of the French Baroque. Her other interests include, broadly, mathematical music theory, and cultural hybridization in Korean folk music.
Anna holds a Bachelor of Science with majors in Mathematics and Music from Mount Allison University, and her instrument is the piano.
