The Columbia University Orchestra (CUO) is thrilled to welcome audiences back to Symphony Space for their upcoming public performance.

The program will begin with John Adams' Doctor Atomic Symphony. The program continues with Henri Dutilleux's Sonatine for Flute and Orchestra, arranged by Kenneth Hesketh and featuring solo flutist Anthony Lee. After a brief intermission, the orchestra will conclude the program with Béla Bartók's Suite from The Miraculous Mandarin.

This concert, the first in our set of two performances, is open to the public and free of charge. The second performance will take place at Alice Tully Hall on Friday, April 19th. The performances adhere to safety protocols in partnership with both venues.

Our performance at Alice Tully Hall is generously sponsored by a friend of the Columbia University Orchestra.
