What makes a good mentor? How can junior faculty create a network of mentors? What does mentoring look like in the age of COVID-19 and remote work?

Our panelists, the five inaugural winners of the Faculty Mentoring Award, will discuss mentoring best practices and outline strategies for building or expanding your network of mentors. The panel will share stories of the mentors who inspired their own work, and the program will end with questions from the audience.
