Registration begins today for The Making of Stop Making Sense, organized by the School of the Arts. The free screening of Stop Making Sense will be held on Friday, February 2nd at 6:30 pm in the Lenfest Center for the Arts. It will be followed by a wonderful panel about the making of the film that was organized by Maureen A. Ryan of the MFA Film Program and will feature the film's distributor, Ira Deutchman, its visual consultant, Sandy McLeod, critic and Yale Professor Daphne A. Brooks, and writer and critic Adam Sexton Reid. Both Brooks and Reid often write about music.
