Calder Hannan Defends Dissertation

The Department warmly congratulates Calder Hannan, who successfully defended his PhD dissertation in Music (Music Theory), “Tactus Transformations in Metal,” on April 9, 2024. Calder's dissertation was advised by Professor Mariusz Kozak, and his committee included Professors Joseph Dubiel, Kevin Fellezs, Brad Osborn (University of Kansas) and Lori Burns (University of Ottawa).
