Dr. Ashkan Behzadi (GSAS '19, DMA Music Composition) has been awarded one of three 2025 Composer Prizes from the Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation. The two other winners are Bastien David and Kristine Tjøgersen. Each winner receives 35,000 euros and will have pieces of theirs performed at concerts produced by the Foundation. The Prize Ceremony will take place on May 17, 2025 in Munich.
