The Department warmly congratulates Emily Praetorius, who successfully defended her DMA dissertation in Music Composition, titled "Temporal Plane Shifting and Suspended Time in 'Something Like Your Lagrangian Point' and 'Nothing Never Always Sometimes Changes'" on May 3, 2023. Emily's dissertation was advised by Professor Zosha Di Castri, and her committee included Professors George Lewis, Georg Haas, Reiko Füting (Manhattan School of Music), and Ning Yu (Corcoran School of the Arts & Design at the George Washington University).
